NJ Legal Assistant and Food Industry Professional Adam Oltman Porcher

Based in New Jersey, Adam Oltman Porcher initially joined Oltman Law and Mediation as a legal assistant and courier in 2017. He served in this position until 2023, then rejoined the Princeton, NJ, law firm in 2026. As a legal assistant, he handles employee scheduling, client communications, and office organization. Adam Porcher also oversees digital system maintenance and filing at the New Jersey law firm.
